Overview of the Pupil Premium Grant (PPG) Received
This year we received a Pupil Premium Grant allocation of £935 for each pupil registered as eligible for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years.

The Pupil Premium is additional government grant funding given to schools so that they can narrow the gap in performance for students in receipt of Pupil Premium. At Eltham Hill School we are committed to ensuring all students have the same opportunities and access to outstanding Teaching and Learning and pastoral support. Our vision at Eltham Hill is for all students to pursue Excellence, Happiness and Success.
The service premium is designed to address the emotional and social well-being of these pupils.
Use of Pupil Premium 2016-17
Eltham Hill School received specific Pupil Premium Grant of £327,885 in the financial year 2016-17.
This Pupil Premium funding is being spent to ensure that entitled students recieve additional educational support activities and have access to facilities and extra curricular opportunities.
Objectives for Raising Achievement Plans
To narrow the progress gaps in Maths by 50% between students in receipt of Pupil Premium and the whole school population.
Objectives for Pastoral Support
To deliver a personalised support programme, including increasing the opportunities for trips abroad and to support success at school and reduce fixed term exclusions to less than 4%.
Objectives for Enrichment and Extended Learning
To deliver a programme of enrichment opportunities to engage students in school including visits to universities, information and advice on career development and overseas trips.
Objectives for Tracking Attainment of Pupil Premium Progress
To provide a robust and accurate system for tracking the progress of students in receipt of Pupil Premium in order to provide targeted intervention and plan for further strategies to raise achievement.
