The registration, submission and running of all accredited qualifications producing external exams is handled by our Examinations Officer, Nancy Lewis. Should students feel there are any issues pertaining to their exams Mrs. Lewis runs an open door policy between 8.00am and 3.30pm. Students are welcome to pop-in and discuss any issues with her. End of Term Exam Dates for Year 7 to Year 12
The dates for the end of term exams for the non-exam classes are the following :
Year 7 and Year 8 will have exams in their classrooms during the 2 weeks from the 7th – 18th June.
Year 9 will have exam in the Sports Hall over a week from the 5th – 9th July.
Year 10 will have exams in the Sports Hall over a 2 week period from the 21st June to the 2nd July. (Year 10’s lunch will be moved to 1:25pm during PPE’s)
Year 12 will have exams in the Sports Hall over a week and a half from the 21st June – 30th June.
We will send out exam timetables and additional information about the exams, including revision checklists, to parents and pupils by the 7th May. The above information will also be available to view on our website.
In the meantime please encourage your daughter to read through the ‘Revision and Study skills booklet’ and to get started with revision.
For parents, please try to read through the ‘Top 10 tips to support your child through their exams’; this booklet is for students doing GCSES but it has lots of good advice for all year groups.
