a-level and gcse results days 2025
As we approach the end of the school year please see below information for results day.
- Thursday 14th August 2025 – A Level Results Day
- Thursday 21st August 2025 - GCSE Results Day & Early Year Entries
Results will be handed out in the Lecture Theatre.
Any results not collected from the school by 12 noon will be posted, to your home address – you should ensure that we have your correct postal address before the school closes for the summer holidays on Tuesday 22nd July.
If you cannot collect your results in person and you do not want them posted, you have the following options:
- You could receive your results by email; or
- An adult relative could collect your results on your behalf
To arrange either of the above a letter/email from the student must be provided to Ms Blakey specifying how you would like to receive your results. If an adult relative is going to be collecting on your behalf, you must name the person you are authorising to do this.
Results will not be given out to anyone other than yourself without prior written authorisation from you.
Once you have received your results if you have any concerns with your grades, please contact myself by email (mblakey@elthamhill.com) or in person at the school on the following days/times:
- A Level Thursday 14th August & Friday 15th August (8am – 3pm) or
- GCSE Thursday 21st August & Tuesday 26th August (8am – 3pm).

Examinations Office
The registration, submission and running of all accredited qualifications producing external exams is handled by our Examinations Officer. Should students feel there are any issues pertaining to their exams Ms. Blakey runs an open door policy between 8.00am and 3.30pm. Students are welcome to pop-in and discuss any issues with her.
