Sixth Form Results Day 2024
BackWe are incredibly proud of this year’s Post-16 students who have achieved an impressive set of results – 82.8% of A Level grades at A*-C (6.8% above national), 59.7% at A*-B (5.7% above national), and 29.9% at A*-A (2.3% above national).
- In Psychology and Geography, over 50% of students secured A*/A grades.
- In Sociology, Media, and Maths, over 40% of students secured A*/A grades.
- In History and English Lit, over 30% of students secured A*/A grades.
- In Psychology, 80% of students secured A*-B.
- In History, Maths, Media and Sociology, over 70% of students secured A*-B.
- In English Language and Geography, 60% or more of students secured A*-B.
A number of our students secured exceptional grades, with numerous A*s and As!
Our BTEC results were also strong, with over half of students achieving Distinction or Distinction* - equivalent to an A/A* - and 75% achieving D*-M.
In Health and Social Care, 86.7% of students achieved D*/D and 100% achieved D*-M.

- UCL - Natural Sciences, Social Sciences
- Birmingham - Pharmacy, Sport, Exercise and Health Science
- Nottingham - Philosophy, Nursing, Architecture and Environmental Design
- QMUL - Law, International Relations, Chemical Engineering
- Cardiff - Neuroscience
- King’s - Midwifery, Nursing, Children’s Nursing, Biomedical Science
- Leeds - Microbiology, Arabic, Islamic, Middle Eastern and North African Studies
- Exeter - Economics, Philosophy and Politics
- Manchester - Sociology, Liberal Arts with International Study, Geography
- Sheffield - Economics
We also have students taking up prestigious apprenticeships, including with Disney+, and Bank of America.
In addition, several students from last year and the year before also took up places on top-ranked courses including Pharmacology at Newcastle, Human Sciences at UCL and English at Goldsmiths.
